Jean DECONINCK

Maître Jean Deconinck holds a Masters in Business Law from the Magistère de l’Université Paris II – Assas. He is also a graduate of the Institut de Criminologie de Paris and of the University of Montpellier, where he obtained a diploma as a corporate legal advisor (DJCE).

He trained in renowned law firms (Clifford Chance, Francis Szpiner) as well as with the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office.

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and practiced in some of the most renowned criminal law firms in Paris (Benoît Chabert, Schapira Associés).

He has thus acquired a perfect mastery of the issues related to criminal litigation in all its different aspects, and a decisive knowledge of the different judicial institutions and their actors.

He practises in French, English and Spanish.
