MAZON ARNAUD DECONINCK is entirely dedicated to criminal defence in all its forms (criminal law and white-collar crime) as well as the prevention of criminal risk in companies.

The partners François MAZON, Etienne ARNAUD and Jean DECONINCK bring to the firm almost 30 years’ accumulated experience acquired with renowned criminal lawyers such as Jacqueline LAFFONT, Benoît CHABERT, Pierre HAÏK and Sébastien SCHAPIRA.

With different backgrounds, they all share a strong dedication for criminal defence: François MAZON, from the Marseille Bar, became a lawyer after 30 years in the corporate world in France and abroad, where he managed some large companies, including Capgemini France (10,000 employees). Etienne ARNAUD and Jean DECONINCK, both members of the Paris Bar, specialise in criminal law and criminal business law, which confirms their professional recognition in these fields, as well as extradition law.

The firm regularly act in cases involving criminal employment law (industrial accidents, undeclared work, unfair trading, obstruction of justice, harassment, etc.), criminal economic law (corruption, favouritism, misuse of company assets, breach of trust, fraud, money laundering, etc.) and criminal consumer law (deception, misleading commercial practices, etc.), as well as criminal health law and criminal environmental law.

The firm is renowned for its work on extradition cases, international and European arrest warrants and transfer of convicted persons to serve their sentences.

With offices in Paris and Marseille, the firm assist its clients before all French courts and regularly works with foreign correspondents (including Switzerland, Monaco, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates and Spain) to assist its clients with their international disputes.
